FIIT Institute Inc. Courses — Terms of Enrollment

 

 

By enrolling in a course or training program offered by FIIT Institute Inc., you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Program Access. Your enrollment provides access to the course or training program you have purchased and its associated course materials, learning activities, and program components made available during your enrollment.

2. Professional Education. FIIT Institute Inc. courses and training programs are provided for professional education and development. Enrollment or completion does not confer professional licensure, registration, certification by a regulatory body, or authorization to practise outside your existing professional scope.

3. Intellectual Property. All FIIT Institute Inc. course materials, videos, written materials, frameworks, models, concepts, graphics, assessments, and other program content are the intellectual property of FIIT Institute Inc. unless otherwise stated. Materials are provided for your individual educational and professional use and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, published, taught, recorded, sold, adapted for commercial use, or otherwise used without written permission from FIIT Institute Inc.

4. Account and Course Access. Your enrollment and course access are for your individual use and may not be shared with another person. Access to specific courses, materials, recordings, or other program components is provided according to the terms and duration associated with the course or program purchased.

5. Payment. You agree to pay the price presented at checkout or otherwise agreed upon at enrollment, in the currency specified. If you enroll under an approved payment plan, you remain responsible for the full agreed program fee according to the payment schedule established at enrollment.

6. Refunds, Cancellations, and Withdrawal. Refunds, cancellations, withdrawals, and any resulting changes to course or program access are governed by the FIIT Institute Inc. refund and cancellation policy applicable at the time of enrollment.

7. Program Changes. FIIT Institute Inc. may make reasonable changes to course content, materials, scheduling, instructors, learning activities, or program delivery as programs and curricula develop, provided the essential nature of the course or program is maintained.

8. Professional Responsibility. Participants remain responsible for their own professional practice, clinical judgment, ethical obligations, regulatory requirements, scope of practice, and appropriate application of course or training material.

 

By completing your purchase or enrollment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Enrollment and the applicable FIIT Institute Inc. refund and cancellation policy.
